Tomas Slavik is National Champion in 4X

One day race - Czech Nationals on a new track on norht-east of czech republic. Really nice place, where the track is situated. Track is around 40 seconds long, with massive berms, logs, fast and technical sections...

At the day of race was bit raining day before, but the worst thing was wind! It was so strong sometimes, that lots of good guys crashed hard, because of it. In qualification I had good run till the biggest jump before last straight, where i though my speed is ok, but then massive frontside wind came to me and i landed 50:50 and was glad i didnt crash.

In race I had problems with gates, because there is still no random gate, but still regular gate. I won every single heat and got to the main. In the finale i was battling with Prokop on the first straight far away in front of other guys..I was bit faster into first turn and i was in the inside. Unfortunally Prokop crashed pretty hard into first turn, but he is ok now. I won my first 4X Czech Nationals in my career!

Great motivation for World Championships in Australia, where I will leave on Saturday. I will keep informing you about my being in Australia.
