The data controller undertakes to process personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

2.3 Duration of Processing and Data Retention
Personal data will be processed for the duration of the relevant contract. After its termination, the data will be handled in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular Act No. 499/2004 Coll. (on archives and records management) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
The data subject may, however, contact the controller before the end of the contract and exercise their rights under the GDPR.

2.5 Rights of the Data Subject
The right of access to personal data means that the data subject has the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed, and, if so, access to such data and information on how they are processed.
The data subject also has the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected without undue delay. Incomplete personal data may be completed at any time.
The right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) means that the controller is obliged to delete personal data if the legal conditions are met and the data subject requests it.
The data subject has the right to request restriction of processing in certain cases and to object to processing based on the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party.
The right to data portability allows the data subject to obtain personal data provided to the controller in a commonly used and machine-readable format and to transfer them to another controller, where technically feasible.
The data subject has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
If the data subject is dissatisfied with the processing of their personal data, they may file a complaint directly with the controller or contact the relevant supervisory authority.
